As you go across the game you may receive new form for Chomp. Each form has 1 skill and 3 traits,with the exception of Foundling,which has only 2 skills. When a skill or trait is mastered,all other forms can use it. All forms are needed to get 100% completion of the game. To switch forms,press the select button and go to the "Evo" menu. To switch skills and traits go to the "Chomp" menu.

- W = Water
- E = Earth/Grass
- L = Light
- D = Dark
Bold means this form is the "Starter" form of that age group.
Baby
- Foundling F To unlock: Find Chomp's egg.
- Acrobat F To unlock: Give the Foundling sweets.
- Scourge F To unlock: Give the Acrobat fruits and vegetables.
- Repeller F To unlock: Give the Foundling toys.
- Stalwart W To unlock: Have the Repeller read.
- Ravenous E To unlock: Have the Repeller exercise.
- Pixie W To unlock: Have the Ravenous read.
- Winged Avenger F To unlock: Give the Ravenous grains.
- Hurler E To unlock: Give the Ravenous meat.
- Zippy L To unlock: Give the Hurler rocks and pet care items.
Teenager
- Ballista F To unlock: Defeat Meade,the first boss.
- Paladin F To unlock: Have the Ballista read.
- Mimic E To unlock: Give the Paladin art and pet care items.
- Prickett W To unlock: Give the Mimic pizza.
- Spitter W To unlock: Give the Ballista ice cream.
- Wrecker F To unlock: Give the Spitter meat and exercise equipment.
- Glider E To unlock: Give the Wrecker fruits and vegetables.
- Petdozer W To unlock: Give the Wrecker toys and candy.
- Icarus F To unlock: Give the Petdozer fruit,vegetables and bicycles.
- Elite Guard D To unlock: Have the Petdozer eat cookies,play video games and fight.
